I reserve the right to deny any commission or project that I am not comfortable with, or that I feel I cannot meet what is being asked.

I own all rights to my work and I reserve the right to upload any works produced to my portfolio or online platforms. If you wish to NOT have me upload work I produce for you, this can be discussed!

I reserve the right to sell physical or digital copies of any fanart I produce unless otherwise discussed.

I do not, under ANY circumstances consent to my work being fed to AI engines or being used for any NFT projects

I encourage you to repost or share my work but please provide proper credit.

Prices listed are BASE prices, and are subject to rise due to increased complexity or more time consuming projects. They may also fluctuate over time due to demand but I will never change an agreed upon price for a project already in progress.

Commissions are personal use only unless we have a written agreement pertaining to commercial use. I DO permit reselling and trading of my art however, as long as it is not upsold for more than the original cost.

This TOS may be updated at any time if I feel the need to do so. We may also discuss additional rules or guidelines during our agreement.

Please be kind. I do my best to deliver truly quality projects that I value and put time into. Life does happen and delays may creep in, but I will communicate as best I can.

Payment is due via PayPal - I will send an invoice upon agreement. A deposit of 25% of the total cost MUST be put down before I start on your commission.

Once we have agreed upon a sketch, another 25% is due and then I will proceed with rendering! The remaining total is required upon completion and will be necessary to get an unwatermarked version of the piece.

In the unfortunate event a refund is necessary, a full refund can be delivered up until I finish the sketch. Any point beyond that I will keep the initial 25% deposit and refund the rest.

In the unlikely event I cannot complete your commission, up to an 80% refund will be issued.

I will send a picture of the sketch, and colors/lighting composition to check with you. It is at this time that adjustments can be made.

When I present you the final, you may request up to 2 minor adjustments. Anything beyond that may incur and additional fee at my discretion.

Once full payment is made, I can electronically deliver high resolution images through discord or email.
